Host Hotel The Palmer House Hilton 17 East Monroe Street, Chicago, IL 1-312-726-7500 The beautiful and historical Palmer House Hilton in the heart of the theatre district in Chicago will be the backdrop for "Meet the Consultants" event. The cut off to reserve your room and receive the special SEDC rate if February 23, 2010.

Registration deadline is March 11, 2010.
*After this date plan to register onsite. In order to obtain a refund, all cancellations must be received in writing at the SEDC office by March 11, 2010. All cancellations will have a $50 administrative charge prior to March 11, 2010. Cancellations received after March 18, 2010 will have a $150 cancellation fee. Any registrant who does not submit cancellation correspondence and does not attend the meeting is required to pay the balance in full. Registrants may substitute attendees without penalty. However, appropriate member/ non-member rates will apply to substitute attendees.

GOLD ($5,000)- SOLD OUT
4 Complimentary conference registrations, and the first four to sign up will be given the opportunity to moderate one of the consultants panels, company logo will be included with the gift for panelists, ability to include personalized gift in speakers’ packet. Four additional registrations may be purchased at a discounted rate of $200 each.
SILVER ($3,500)
3 Complimentary conference registrations and the first four to sign up will be given the opportunity to sponsor a food station during the evening reception. If appropriate, the food will be indicative of your area and include appropriate promotional signage. Three additional registrations may be purchased at a discounted rate of $200 each.
BRONZE ($2,500)
2 Complimentary conference registrations, and listed as a sponsor of the evening reception. Two additional registrations may be purchased at a discounted rate of $200 each.
